Next Sadnana : Saturday 25th August- 5.30am
Once a week on a weekend morning we will practice sadhana(early morning yoga) as a group, starting at 5.30am and finishing at 8am, followed by breakfast if you wish to stay. Keep an eye out on the website for the date or sign up to the newsletter to be kept notified.
Sadhana means spiritual practice, it is a form of spiritual fitness and it is practised by those who wish to experience the light of their soul.
Sahanna is 2.5 hours long and consists of:
- Pranayama (breathwork)
- Kriya- physical movements followed by a short relaxation
- Meditation/mantras
No experience is required.
You can come late if you sleep on it ( it’s very easy to hit the snooze button :)) and you can leave early if you need to.
