Healing Depression- Kundalini Yoga Workshop
*A day of learning and practicing Kundalini Yoga, meditation and pranayama
*This is a workshop for anyone struggling with their mental health such as depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, addiction, general unhappiness, etc
*We will look at the main causes of depression from a yogic perspective and also from Johan Hari’s research and his book “Lost Connections”
* Learn how to take back your power by practicing ancient techniques that are very effective in dealing with mental health issues.
*No yoga experience is required for this workshop and is suitable for anyone of any age, size, fitness level, etc.
