Peter’s Yoga class is fantastic for both beginners and those who have experience. Peter explains how to do every pose at varying difficulty levels so you are never wondering what you should be doing. A calm, clean and friendly environment in which to connect with your inner being. Great value for money and worth every penny for such great self improvement.

I adored this yoga studio, practice and guidance of Peter. No kinder man nor better yoga practice. I recommend this to anyone and everyone and am devastated we had to move away and stop going.

I attend the Sadhana yoga and its unreal. I’m learning to focus on breath work and how to stay present through meditation while also doing a session of yoga that focuses on different points of the body. Absolutely an amazing experience Peter is so good at what he does and a mountain of knowledge to help ease anxiety and stress.

I’ve been going to Peter’s yoga class’s for over 2yrs now and I love them. My practice is gradually getting deeper and I find it really beneficial in lots of different ways. It’s a lovely relaxed, cosy atmosphere with great variety in the session.

Classes are starting back on the week of November 6th, just click the link to book into the class of your choice

Monday Evening Yoga and Meditation 6.30-7.50 (6 week term):
Tuesday Yoga and Meditation 7-8.20 (6 week term):
Thursday Yoga and Meditation 6.30-7.50 (6 week term):
Friday morning Yoga and Meditation 10-11.15am (6 week term):
Saturday Morning yoga – 6am-8am
The early morning yoga is back, it won’t run every week as I am sometimes away but if you are interested in attending this class then text me on 0851839348 and I will add you to the Whattsapp group and keep you informed via text. This class is donation based for those that may or may not be struggling financially.
